Meghan Wyant October 11 - October 17  JT only played one game this week against Bradford. Meghan scored 2 goals and had one assist from the stopper position.  Meghan has scored 14 goals and has 3 assists this season. She has scored each of these goals from either the midfield or defender position. Meghan transitioned from a midfielder to a defender about midway through the season.   Meghan was chosen as a captain by her teammates this season. Se has responded well to the challenge and has helped lead her team to an 11-4-1 record. She has transitioned from an offensive player to a defensive player, but remains a constant offensive threat as she is able to steal the ball and transition into offense. her long and hard shot is a constant threat for many keepers. Her speed on defense and foot skills does not allow many opponents to get through her at the stopper position.
Kerrigan Lisi September 6 - September 12 Kerrigan, a freshman, controls the offensive end of the field. She pushes herself and has an incredible work ethic to push herself and her team. She uses her quickness to fake defenders, and has the skill to turn and quickly shoot the ball. A real threat to any defender!

The Lady Wildcats played their hearts out on Saturday night in the sectional final giving Arkport a game they were not expecting!  JT showed how hard they have worked in the post- season to make their game great, and they most certainly made a lot of people take notice.  The game was tied 1-1 at the end of regulation due to an awesome Tyler Calkins goal.  After two ten minute overtimes, the game was still tied, which forced the game into the sudden victory overtime.  Unfortunately for us, Arkport sent a beautiful ball into the top of the net to win the game.  Congratulations to the Lady Wildcats on all of their accomplishments this season!

Congratulations to Allycia Leach who was named The DD Sectional Final Defensive Player of the Game!
