Last night the Girls Modified Basketball Team wrapped up their season with a disappointing 3 point loss to Alfred-Almond. The Lady Cats could not take advantage of scoring opportunities the entire game as there seemed to be lid over the J-T basket.
Even though the Lady Cats lost last night they had a tremendous season and should be proud of their accomplishments. The 7th and 8th teams combined to play a total of 19 games which included 16 wins and only 3 losses. The three losses were close games that easily could have been won if the ball had taken a few more J-T bounces.
The 7th grade went undefeated with 7 wins.
The 8th grade was 5-2 while the combined 7th and 8th team was 4 and 1.
Season wrap-up will take place next Tuesday after school in the T-Burg coliseum.
