Teacher / Substitute Teacher Applications

 Those interested in teaching or substitute teaching in the district are required to complete the application posted below.  The application should be returned to Mr. Chad C. Groff, at PO Box 81, Jasper, NY 14855.  The Board of Education will then consider each applicant for approval. 

It is required that substitute teachers receive fingerprint clearance from the state of New York.  Submitting fingerprints can be processed through the district.  There is a fee that must be paid to the state to process the fingerprints.  Questions regarding fingerprinting may be directed to Mrs. Judy Friends, 792-3675.
