Sometimes loved,

Mostly hated

I am just another condition

that nature created

Depending on air (and soil)

I can change colors

Ranging from blue

to some others

Sometimes I'm "dry"

I can also be black

Wear gloves when you touch me,

or I might bite back

I arrive in the winter

Along with my best friend, Snow

I also occur in the summer

But in a flash I will go

Crystalline, I am

Cold as can be

15 different forms I take

Many shapes and sizes, you see?

Who am I? What am I?

I have no more hints for you
